How We Work
A structured, transparent approach to securing your business. From the first conversation to ongoing partnership.
1. Diagnostic Call
A conversation to understand your organisation, priorities, technology environment, and applicable security or compliance requirements.
2. Service Definition & Proposal
We agree the services, objectives, scope, approach, responsibilities, and proposed engagement terms.
3. Engagement Delivery
We deliver the agreed work: security testing, audits of controls and technology, information security programme support, or tailored training and workshops, as applicable.
4. Reporting & Remediation Support
We present the agreed outputs—such as audit findings and recommendations, technical results, security programme recommendations, or training feedback—and discuss practical remediation or improvement steps.
5. Ongoing Partnership
Depending on your needs and the contracted service, we can support follow-up actions, reassessment, security programme improvement, or additional training.
What to prepare for the diagnostic call

- Any specific regulatory requirements (e.g., NIS2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
- Your primary security concerns or recent incidents.
